Our day will begin with a guided visit in an ancient furnace, discovering a traditional handcraft of Impruneta hills, where were produced the bricks used by the florentine architect Brunelleschi to build the incredible dome of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Cathedral of Florence.

Then we are going to learn how the people live here. What better way than food?

A cooking lesson in a charming house with a enthusiast teacher will be our way to enjoy life like a Chiantigiano and understand why the this place has a… very low rate of emigration!
