A day across the wildest part of the Chianti Classico, discovering the upper part of these green hills, covered by dense oak forests and Mediterranean maquis.

Up there I’ll lead you towards a very genuine estate that produce a particular Chianti, respecting the ancient tradition, for a memorable wine and olive oil tasting.

Sitting on a terrace overlooking a majestic view on the valley, we’ll have our lunch in a typical trattoria of the area, before leaving this world for a jump into the wild, across the forests.

We’ll come out just in front of the amazing hamlet of Volpaia, a medieval jewel that we’ll discover with a quickly walk.

Before the sunset I wish to lead you again in the middle of the forest, for discovering a hidden millenary monastery, that hosts a beautiful italian garden and an ancient cellar, that we are going to enjoy with a visit and a wine tasting.
